Working with Mr. Joe Rice was an excellent experience and in fact, I'm getting ready for another project and would love to hire him again! He produced everything promised and did it on time and within budget. The quality of his craftsmanship was outstanding and I especially appreciated his attention to detail. He is at the job site on time every day and oversees all work performed. His subcontractors were all efficient and professional as well. The follow up has always been first-rate and I am so pleased with the results. Would I build again? Yes, and it would be fun! Would I use this contractor again? Absolutely without question. |
